Sant high efficiency fans are specially designed to give high volume and pressure whilst maintaining smooth vibration free running.
These fans are supplied with forward curved vanes and are manufactured from high grade rust resistant galvanized sheet; Fan vanes are mounted on to a common back - plate and locked on to a holding shroud. A substantial aluminum / ms cast hub is rigidly connected to the back - plate precision machined to receive the fan shaft.
These are also manufactured from galvanized sheet; the scroll wrapper foxed with spot welding to the side plates, as it is leak - proof and provides better strength and rigidity, for the proper centering of fan - shaft and hydraulically formed vane, the scroll side plates are cut on nibbling with the help of fixtures. Side frames are made from heavy gauge GI or CR sheet and are bolted to both side of scroll: this gives overall strength to the scroll assembly and allows mounting the fan in various orientations
These are manufactured from high quality steel and grinded to close tolerance for precision fit to fan hub and bearings, key way at both ends for pulleys and at the fan location point.
All fans are supplied as standard with imported make flanged ball bearings.
All fans are dynamically and statically balanced on FIE make Computerized Balancing machine.
Fans available in Galvanized Steel, Aluminum and Stainless - also with frp coated for cooling towers or other purpose.
